How We Work

MAA is a full-service anesthesia provider with an internal, system-wide, Quality Assurance Director and a system-wide Director of Ambulatory Anesthesia. Both Directors work with key personnel at each site to ensure we provide the service and data access needed to better manage their business. Each Director reports to the Managing Partner and serves on MAA’s Board of Directors. Additionally, each site, if large enough, has its own Site Director and designated anesthesia team which is subject to the site’s approval and review. In this situation, the site receives all the benefits of a larger group with none of the drawbacks!

MAA credentials the right amount of CRNAs and MDAs to ensure ample coverage at your facility. Our belief is to maintain a core group of providers who will gain intimate knowledge of your policies, procedures and modus operandi. We do not endorse the revolving door approach to anesthesia staffing many of our competitors utilize.
