Management Team

Milford Anesthesia Associates, PC is organized along the lines one would expect of a highly-professional, service-oriented corporation. It is governed by the Board of Directors and comprised of the group's Managing Partner; the Director of Ambulatory Anesthesia; both the Site Director and a Site Representative of our major hospital clients and two "at large" members elected by the voting membership of the P.C.

Non-voting Board Members include the group’s Director of Quality Assurance, the Director of Recruiting and the Business Manager. The Board meets at least quarterly and holds general meetings for the partnership at large on a monthly basis.
