About Milford Anesthesia

Milford Anesthesia Associates, LLC (MAA) is an experienced, superbly credentialed anesthesia practice. Our cadre of highly trained, board certified anesthesiologists and certified nurse anesthetists pride themselves on their provision of exemplary care, customer service and continuous quality enhancement practices.

We began in 1984 as a three physician, single hospital practice. Today, we are Connecticut’s largest private practice anesthesia group providing anesthesia care to seven Connecticut hospitals, three Massachusetts hospital and 14 free-standing single- and multi-specialty facilities in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. Our remarkable growth is the product of many factors, most notably our relentless patient safety and client-based anesthesia focus.

This is a time of limited resources, ever-increasing quality oversight and data-driven decisions. Our clients know the business of surgery in the 21st century is actually the business of OR management. Since 1984, more and more savvy facilities and practitioners have partnered with Milford Anesthesia Associates to help maximize the quality, efficiency and esprit de corps of their operating theaters. Milford Anesthesia Associates, LLC became part of EmCare’s anesthesia service group, Anesthsiacare in 2010.
